Import bookmarks into Edge (from Folder in One Drive)

Open Edge
On the top right-hand side, select the 3 horizontal dots
Select favourites
Click the 3 horizontal dots and select ‘Import favourites’
Import From drop down box select ‘Favourites or Bookmarks HTML File’
Select ‘Choose file’
Go into One Drive and select the file ‘Bookmarks’
Select ‘Open’
Select ‘Done’
