CEWA Account & Password

CEWA Username and Password provided in the email.

Install Office 365 Apps

1.     Click the link Office 365 - https://portal.office.com/account
2.     Type in your CEWA email address.     
3. Click 'Next'.  
4. Type in your CEWA password. 
5. Click 'Sign In'.
6. Click 'Don't show this again' and then 'Click Yes'.
7. Click on 'Install Office'
8. Once downloaded, open downloads and click on the installer, which will open up the installer of Microsoft 365
9. Click 'Continue' on the Introduction section. 
10. Click 'Continue' on the License section. 
11. Click 'Agree' on the popup menu.
12. Select Install for all users of this computer and 'Continue'.
13. Click Install. 
14. Type in your computer password and click 'Install Software’. 
15. Click 'Ok' on the popup 'Installer would like to access files in your ‘Downloads folder'.
16. Your apps should now be downloading, this may take some time depending on your internet speed.
17. Once the installation is successful, click 'Close'.
18. Click 'Move to Bin' when the popup asks 'Do you want to move Microsoft 365 and Office for Mac Installer to the Bin'.
19. Click 'Ok' on the Microsoft Auto Update.
20. Close 'Microsoft Auto Update'
21. Open 'Launchpad' to see all Microsoft 365 apps

Setup Outlook

1. Open Launchpad
2. Open Outlook
3. Enter your CEWA email address.
4. Enter password if prompted and Click Done.

Setup OneDrive

Setup Microsoft Teams

1. Open Launchpad
2. Open 'Microsoft Teams'
3. Your account will show up under 'Continue as'
4. Click on your account
5. Type in your CEWA password
6. Click Ok to 'Microsoft Teams would like to use Bluetooth'
7. You will get invites to your class Team groups through Outlook during your first week of Term1

Install and Setup Edge

1. Open the link to Download Edge - https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge/download

2. Click on Download for MacOS.

3. Click Accept and Download.

4. Click Allow on the "Do you want to allow downloads" pop-up.

5. Once downloaded, open the installer package and proceed through the installation steps.

6. Type in your computer password when prompted.

7. Open Edge and click on Sign in to sync data and sign in with your CEWA email.

8. Click Confirm and Continue.

9. School recommends using Edge as your default browser.

SEQTA

SEQTA Learn is for students and is where your timetable, classes, assessments and learning are managed from.

Logging into SEQTA Learn

You need your CEWA Username & Password to access SEQTA Learn.

1. Click on SEQTA Learn - https://emmanuel.learn.cewa.edu.au
2. Sign in using your CEWA email address (jsmith99@student.cewa.edu.au) and click Next.
3. You will be taken to the CEWA sign in page. Enter your CEWA password.
4. Click Sign in.
   
5. You will be then taken to the SEQTA learn dashboard.

SEQTA Engage is for Parents and provides access to information about their child’s learning, timetable etc. Parents receive their SEQTA Engage invite emails in the first week of term 1.
